The Making Of A Founder
{Promo: No, I am not writing because a Hired PR Professional has told me to “write” during COVID times. I am writing because I FINALLY have some time off from talking about almost everything in the world to almost everyone around me.}
After five years of running my own company, I have been successful in finding the true meaning of a Founder.
Yes, who or what is a Founder? Someone who is a visionary.. Someone who creates- an idea, a solution to a problem; without getting bogged down by most people around him (now mind you this is just me framing sentences that are sounding fine and are easy to read!)
The Founder could be an author , a poet, an actor, a writer, an MBA, an accountant, a boxer, a cobbler a paan waala, or a chai waala. After all, it is the Prime Minister who found new ways of addressing this entire country filled with cultural miscellanea; and a country that comes with it’s bagagge of multiple complexities. He found a way of uniting all of us (literally through candles!). By celebrating something that is so close to a festival, during a disastrous time.
So, who or what is a Founder? And how does the education system in general, kill Founders and yet again, find the Founders, later on in life? At a time, when you have acquired knowledge on almost everything related and unrelated to your work.
And finally theTRUE Founder is someone, who in spite of every derogatory comment; every naysayer in the neighbourhood; every condemning family member, or relative…
WILL make her idea happen!
